FACT:   Depression can interfere with your life.

Even a mild form of depression, Dysthymia, affects 2% of the American population.

In dealing with many cases I look at diet and digestion to assist people with depression. The symptoms associated with dysthymia include low self-esteem, sadness, fatigue and even hopelessness. There are more symptoms to this list.

Checking the prescription drugs and diet are the first things I do to correct a nutritional imbalance. With a little effort changes can be made in a short period of time to rebalance the neurological transmitters to balance brain chemistry.
